RETURN POLICY

All sales at Pobber.com are final. Once you have placed your order, it cannot be cancelled at any time.
However if the merchandise you receive has a significant defect right out of the box (for eg. it is broken or has missing parts etc.), we will arrange for it to be replaced. Please report any defects within 5 days after arrival of shipping by emailing photos and a description of the defect to returns@pobber.com.

PAYMENT

All prices quoted on our website are in United States Dollars (US$). The price does not include delivery cost unless otherwise stated.
Customs policies are different in different countries so you should contact your local customs office for further information as the buyer is responsible for any other taxes applicable in the territory to which the product is being sent to.

Full payment will be taken at the time of placing your product order and we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment before accepting your order. If you order is rejected for whatever reason (eg. item has been sold out), you will receive a full refund from us.

Currently we only accept Paypal payments. Paypal allows you to pay using any payment methods such as credit card, bank transfer etc.
